By using Food For You, you agree to these Terms. Our service helps you analyze food quality, nutrition, and ingredients using Artificial Intelligence.

The 'Health Score', 'NOVA Group', and additive risks are estimates based on algorithms. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Limitation of Liability

Food For You provides information for educational purposes. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to health consequences, data loss, or reliance on the 'Health Score'.

The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI analysis.

  • We are not liable for errors in nutritional data or additive identification.
  • We are not liable for health issues arising from food consumption.
  • You use the app at your own risk.

User Accounts

To access personalized features like history and favorites, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Premium Subscriptions

Unlock the full potential of Food For You with our Premium subscription.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24h before the period ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period.

Premium Features

Unlimited scans, detailed macro analysis, and ad-free experience.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the store policy (Apple App Store / Google Play).

Termination

We may suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
